1. Transitional Residential Housing For Single Adults
Transitional Residential Housing program that’s linked to services for those with long-term needs. Housing units are provided in Scattered-site model. Clients live in individual apartments at separate locations with roommates one bed per room, and supervision ranges from low (staff dropping in occasionally) to high (staff visiting apartments on a daily or twice-daily basis). Neighbors and landlords won't necessarily know clients are in the program and won't label them as "transitional" or "at-risk" Transition to self-reliance is sometimes smoother because the living arrangement resembles the future situation.
2. Transitional Housing for Youth Transitional Housing and Services is a 6 to 12 months residential program that provides housing and activities that will improve the quality of life for Youth Aging out of Foster Care, Homeless Youth, Re-entry from Juvenile Detention Center, Youth In Need of Supervision; with an emphasis on prevention by utilizing by utilizing a holistic approach to enable economically disadvantaged and unemployed youth of all races and backgrounds to become productive and unemployed youth of all races and backgrouds to become productive and more fulfilled citizens in the communty. This program will start youth in a step, or graduated, model. When clients enter this program, they will live at a clustered site residence because the site plan requires a number of youth be housed in a place where they can be supervised.
